I created this series to demonstrate how Muslims can maintain their ethnic and religious values while expressing themselves through modern fashion. From hijab bans in the West, to the suppression of women’s freedom in the Middle East, Muslim women constantly face judgment. I believe that people should be judged on their character — not by how they choose to present themselves.
